Workout and Weightloss Diary: Day 1
“Don’t step on it!!!…. It makes you cry!!”
Unfortunately I have put on quite a few lbs lately and it’s time for me to get into shape. I tend to get off track easily so I figured if I would post about my workout then I would be more motivated to keep up with it. We’re going on vacation at the end of May and I want to be able to wear a cute little swimsuit. Not only that but I think I feel way better when I work out.
I’m going to be using my Yoga Booty Ballet Series, start drinking my hemp shakes and drinking lots of water. No more sodas, or a lot of junk food.
My beginning weight is 110 lbs! Yikes! I know it may not seem like a lot but I’m only 4’10 so any weight I put on definitely shows!
I’ll come back every Monday and post on my progress. Wish me luck! Swimsuit body, happier self, here I come!


My favorite way to drink enough water is to set a goal and then keep track of how much I’m drinking. They say a gallon a day is good for the average person. But because I’m pregnant I make it my goal to have 140 oz a day. The easiest way to do it is to fill a pitcher with 70 oz twice a day. That way I know if I need to pick up the thirst-quenching pace
Maybe it will work for you too! Also, drinking cold water is shown to burn more calories. I like to drink ice cold water before during and after dinner to make sure I’m not over-eating.
